A 250 ml bottle at the pharmacy can reach 15–20 €, i.e. 60–80 €/L, while a 25 L drum bought directly from an importer falls below 20 €/L. The gap is explained by: multiple intermediaries, unit packaging costs, and dilution sometimes practised in commercial preparations.

• 25 L: best value for professionals (breeders, shops, vets).

• 1000 L (IBC): industrial packagers. Lowest price per litre.
