Why prices vary so much by channel

A 250 ml bottle at the pharmacy can reach 15–20 €, i.e. 60–80 €/L, while a 25 L drum bought directly from an importer falls below 20 €/L. The gap is explained by: multiple intermediaries, unit packaging costs, and dilution sometimes practised in commercial preparations.

Which pack size to choose?

• 1 L: occasional use, one-off treatment of 1–2 animals.
• 5 L: small stable or family farmyard. Covers a full season.
• 25 L: best value for professionals (breeders, shops, vets).
• 240 L: wholesale packagers and resellers.
• 1000 L (IBC): industrial packagers. Lowest price per litre.
